It should allow to login to mobile app anyway because that’s the place we have access to devices management. Poor app management ### 1/5 — Scammy *2024-07-27* They will ask you to subscribe. In app purchases work but then the app never lets you watch. They take your money and go. This service is a mess. First, they quietly auto-renew your subscription and then hide behind “T&Cs” when you ask for a refund. No reminders, no transparency—just charge first, explain later. Second, their app isn’t even consistently available across platforms anymore. It’s no longer supported on Samsung Smart TVs, which makes the whole service borderline useless if that’s your primary viewing device. What exactly are you paying for at that point? Third, the streaming quality is terrible. Constant buffering, random drops in resolution, and frequent interruptions make even basic viewing frustrating. This isn’t a one-off issue—it’s consistent enough to ruin the experience. Fourth, they openly admit to “technical glitches” affecting billing—and still refuse refunds. That tells you everything you need to know about how they handle customer issues: they’ll acknowledge the problem but won’t take responsibility for fixing it. Bottom line: unreliable platform, poor device support, constant buffering, and zero accountability on billing issues. Everybody’s mistakenly subscribing it because it’s inexpensive but we forget that we don’t get any value from it also.
