I mean, I would assume this app has potential but I can’t even get past adding my first picture because there’s a fire base error it says user unauthorized seems like this is a newer app and I totally get how getting a new app out there is like. I would suggest you fix this because you can’t even use the app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for calling this out - and for being so understanding. You are right: there was an app issue affecting photo uploads for some users, which could block them from getting past the first picture step.

We resolved this with an app update the same day. Please update SimplyCouples to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store, and you should be able to upload your photo and continue normally.

We’re a newer app, and feedback like this genuinely helps us catch and fix things quickly. We’d really appreciate it if you gave SimplyCouples another try - and if everything works for you now, an updated review would mean a lot to us.

My husband and I downloaded SimplyCouples because we wanted to meet other couples and make genuine friendships outside of our existing circle. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we’ve honestly enjoyed using it.

The app feels refreshing because people are actually there to connect and get to know one another, not just endlessly swipe through profiles. We’ve already had some great conversations and connected with couples we probably never would have met otherwise.

The whole experience feels thoughtful, easy to use, and much more intentional than traditional social apps. If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “we should make more couple friends,” this is a fun and surprisingly effective way to do it.
