I was very impressed with it's ease of use, clear instruction and record keeping. There is a time delay of about a week until the payments hit the account, but that isn't an issue for us. The best thing about this app is the customer care. Kent Vorland and his team go the extra mile to ensure it all works smoothly. Highly recommended! ### 4/5 — Efficient & User Friendly *2016-05-27, version 5.7.0* We've adopted SmartTrade as our remote card processing provider of choice. So far, so good! We primarily use it for sending secure Pay Links to our clients to enable them to process their own card. Looking forward to forthcoming integration into Xero. Most important thing for me is that money was transferred very easily into my bank account and the amount is always accurate! Every one cost me much more than i was earning, especially when sales turnover was not all that great due to low peak season. The company works with Stripe and they claim that the money arrived which it didnt and they dont want to wire the money back! Now they are kicking us off because we are high risk! Customer service of this app is not helping they send us to the one of stripe and they are no help either. There wasn't enough information beforehand either and wasn't informed until after requesting a payment. I don’t sell enough where I would need a proper chip&pin machine and don’t want to pay £59 for one. The cheaper ones do not work for me. So this app is awesome! Now I can accept card payments as many people don’t carry cash. I run my own taxi business in the hills of rural Cumbria, it's a god- send. I doubt if I could manage without it. Seriously!! It's that good. You occasionally get some problems that are always rectified ASAP by the team of smart trade and they are always super helpful and efficient everything they do. If you are looking at payment systems for card payments look no further as I have tried lots and this system is by far the best as all the costs are passed to the customer if you choose.
