### 4/5 — Bit auf Kleinigkeiten ganz okay

Nachdem mein System mit dem Bloks-Display ständig abstürzte, habe ich mir das neue Simply-Remote mit Display gegönnt. 
Die Abstürze sind weg, und Updates werden nun auch mit einem iPhone übertragen. Doch es gibt noch Verbesserungsbedarf:
Warum wird die im Display angezeigte Uhrzeit bei der Verbindung mit dem Smartphone nicht aktualisiert?
Warum wird die verbliebene Reichweite bei Reduktion der Unterstützung unter 15% nicht angepasst?
Gegenüber dem alten System alles in allem eine überfällige Verbesserung, die sich Neodrives-Alber insbesondere von seinen bestehenden Bloks-Kunden gut bezahlen lässt.

Läuft seit einem halben Jahr auf meinem Z20 Rad. Jedoch funktioniert nur die Geschwindigkeit und Trittzahl. Sehr schade. Von Fa. Albert vertröstet auf ein angeblich in kürze folgendes Update was alles bereinigen soll. Das war aber vor einem halbe Jahr.

Habe das Möve V10 mit BMZ 725Wh. Mit dem Rad bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die APP ist einfach unterirdisch. Würde Null Sterne geben. Die Tachofunkrion ist im Prinzip unbrauchbar. Die  Tachometeranzeige usw. Funktionieren nicht. Trittfequenz ist eher ein Lotto ob die mal angezeigt wird. Das Fahrrad mit Pinion und Heckmotor und dem lautlosen gleiten ist einfach herrlich. Aber bei der APP haben sie einfach aufgehört zu entwickeln. Keine Ahnung woran es das hakt. Aber jeder andere APP andere Hersteller ist um Lichtjahre besser. Mehr gibt es nicht dazu zu sage.

Die Verbindung zu meinem Rad war noch nie wirklich stabil, aber seit dem letzten Remote FW Update startet die App gar nicht mehr, bzw stürzt sofort ab.

Habe ebenfalls das gleiche Problem wie Erwin. Leider keinerlei Anzeige der Parameter für die aktuelle Tour. Es zeigt nur die gesamt gefahrenen Kilometer. Wann ist mit einer funktionsfähigen App zu rechnen?

Ich bereue es, dass Update gemacht zu haben, danach gab es Probleme das Rad zu starten, nachdem es irgendwann geklappt hatte (nach Anschluss des Ladegeräts ans Fahrrad) wird außer Geschwindigkeit, Trittfrequenz, Gesamtkilometer und Akkustand nichts mehr angezeigt, auch die Halbkreise für Muskel und Motorkraft sind nicht mehr aktiv. Die vorhandenen Einstellungen werden leider auch nicht übernommen, eine große Enttäuschung.
Bitte wieder auf die Vorgängerversion zurück! Schön wäre auch eine Anzeige des eingelegten Gangs beim Smart-Shift Getriebe.

Habe das System Motor Neodrives Z20 Akku V10 BMS-Variant2-36V Remote Simplyremote Z20 Wenn ich bei einer Tour die App gestartet habe werden mir hier nicht die Tourdaten (Entfernung, Dauer usw.) angezeigt und gespeichert, die gesammt Kilometer aber werden gezählt und gespeichert. Was kann man in dem Fall unternehmen. Habe das neuste Update installiert und die App auch schon mehrmals vom Handy deinstalliert und neu geladen installiert und neu mit dem System verbunden. Auch wird nicht das Verhältnis Fahrer-Motor Unterstützung, halbkreise um der Geschindigkeitsanzeige angezeigt. Wann kommt ein Update das diese Fehler ausräumt.
