The only downside is not everything that’s available on the desktop is available through the app, but improvements are consistent and frequent. Its a very good platform for socially getting communicated within an organization. During COVID our team utilized Simpplr to stay connected both professionally and informally. It responds fast and has a clean looking interface. I like the aspect of it being like a social media app for companies. It has definitely helped employees engage and bond with other co-workers. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not available for all plans *2023-09-21, version 4.8.2* The mobile app isn’t available for all plans. But instead of saying that, the app goes through two different types of infinite loops in authentication (authz actually). And the support case to find out the real cause took two months. ### 1/5 — Sso broke *2020-12-01, version 3.2.0* I login with my company sso which works on desktop and just takes me to blank white screen. So can't use at all. ### 1/5 — Not a real iPad App *2020-05-29, version 2.7.1* This only works in portrait mode and mimics a big phone. Please don’t market this as an iPad app. It’s not. It’s also far from being a “modern” intranet when this capability isn’t built in. The phone app needs a lot of work too. ### 1/5 — Almost *2019-11-07, version 2.2.0* Perspecta makes it difficult to get to company email if you are not in an actual office. Thought this app would help with that. Nope. Big disappointment as their selling point was that it’s a modern internet. The mobile version itself is ok and has a lot of promise. Especially image viewing in posts - the image is zoomed in to an unusable level and there is no way to zoom back out. Reading and carrying on company business only a mobile phone is problematic. Please expedite development of a true iPad compatible app. It’s not hard technically. Since I work for Perspecta, an IT services company, and spend my workdays in client workspaces where I cannot connect to corporate LAN or wireless, I’m surprised Simpplr is sooo limited in it’s mobile version. Something is better than nothing. Finding information is super fast and convenient. Great org chart, easy to navigate and sharing content is not pain in the ss anymore.
