App is buggy, uploading will glitch out and delete full forms if you don’t have the strongest of signal.

Is not optimised for iPhone 11? 
No dates or time can be completed .
Menu is blank .
I Can’t use the app and I can’t complete the forms as company requires.

Great idea but needs more development the forms need to be in alphabetical order because with larger companies that use this app, it’s to difficult to find the forms you want to fill out because currently they are only displayed in the order the forms are created. 
Just not practical to use.
