Such a faff. Stop trying ‘fix’ things that aren’t broken. Please revert this back. ### 2/5 — Time block update is garbage *2026-03-26* Much easier to slide through your options for timing instead of clicking buttons on a clock. I can’t find an option to change between the two. When you use the same app every single day and a major change comes like that it makes it really annoying to adapt to. If you’re going to make changes, make it a bit more customisable to the user. Be able to choose what they want ### 1/5 — Very frustrating *2026-01-26, version 16.3.0* We’ve used this software for 2 years now and get more frustrated each day, data gets lost (like others have pointed out) but no action from the developers, they usually blame it on user error, outdated app etc. “If it happens again then let us know!” Finally we are ready leave ### 1/5 — Jack of all trades- master of none. *2025-12-16, version 16.0.2* It works. ### 1/5 — Simpro mobile *2025-11-24, version 16.0.2* Not great. This app is glitchy and it frustrates the hell with our staff. Often require a delete and reinstall. Tasks stop working, assets that you cannot pass. All in all a truely terrible experience. I am surprised we don’t have more broken phones given the frustration with it. ### 1/5 — Absolute Rubbish *2025-11-11* This app is full of glitches. Some days you can’t even login other times you can login but nothing shows up on the app. To fix this you have to try a combination of logging out and refreshing over and over again. It freezes up constantly but only when you have gone through the process of filling in all the details of a job and adding notes etc. so then you have to restart the app and loose all your work for that job. Contact technical support and they won’t get back you, they completely ghost you. It has zero and I mean zero offline capabilities. If you don’t have internet or it’s a little sketchy then the app won’t operate at all. You can’t even open jobs, sure you can see the job list on the screen and even click on it but it won’t populate even if you have been using the app all day and nothing has changed. The back end that the office staff use freezes occasionally & in that case you’re completely dead in the water. The office staff can’t even get into view the job and give you details over the phone. I know it has good reviews but I would be sceptical that those aren’t out there by an AI bot. ### 3/5 — Simpro *2025-10-09, version 15.0.0* This app it’s very good but on the timeline need a lot of improvement especially if you working night. I did find some issues with clock in and clock off when you doing night sift ( and if I adjust the time the job maybe it’s disappear ) ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2025-09-22, version 14.0.2* I would rather go back to paper work orders than use SimAmateur hour. Always have to enter time 3-4 times before SimPro accepts it. 3:00PM? NOPE how about 3:30 AM? On bigger jobs my descriptions can get long. Think clicking “SAVE” will keep them? NOPE! Had entire novels deleted. Thanks SimPro, I can definitely remember every little bit of info I took over the last 8 hours. Remote work? Forget it! If there’s no signal SimPro is completely useless. I’d recommend using post it notes instead. ### 1/5 — The worst app In the world *2025-09-17, version 14.0.2* So many bugs and not user friendly at all!! Save the frustration and Stick to service mate!!! ### 1/5 — Get stuck and you have to delete it to make it work again *2025-09-08* Some times of you don’t exit your job and save it just delete all your notes and have to input them again. Even worse sometimes the app get stuck on “refresh” and the only way to get rid of it is to remove the app and install it again. ### 1/5 — Not bad but far from good *2025-08-28, version 13.10.0* Bugs and glitches are the biggest issues it try’s to be good but it’s 2025 it needs to be better than this. Hours logged skipping from am to pm, jumping between days no useful features or effort has been put into improving the mobile version for years. Support doesn’t do anything to fix bugs or issues. Find myself re-dowoading the app every month when it has its big crashes. Never used an app with such a constant stream of issues that just never get fixed. I’d rather build my own software for this than use Simpro at this stage. ### 1/5 — Still needs improvements *2025-07-22, version 13.7.1* The app has a lot of down falls when trying to add information to a work orders on your phone. Does not load on tablet. No support from app providers, they don’t care nor want to spend any money on fixing the app. They will tell you to pay for the AI upgrade to fix bugs. Bug fixes shouldn’t have to be paid for by upgrading. Be prepared to do things multiple times due to app deleting notes at random. ### 1/5 — Drains Battery *2026-07-01* Since the new update phone’s battery life has significantly gone down even with minimal use and my phone alerts me that the app is tracking even when not in the app even though it is selected to use only in app. And constantly being notified the I have arrived and left site when I haven’t. ### 1/5 — Poor App *2026-06-04, version 17.3.7* The app is unclear, looses information regularly, hard to read on job sites, not adaptable and the no modern interface or intuition. Terrible use or lack us use of AI. Garbage and I am advising my board to dump the whole system. Wish I could give a zero. ### 1/5 — Poor, glitchy *2026-06-04* I’ve used Simpro now for several years and in that time I watched it go from strength to strength, lately however the app is almost unusable with constant crashes, glitching, assets hidden, AI features that are unnecessary and don’t even go there if your off line etc honestly at this point I think I’ll be going back to paper or a different app One really odd thing I find is that at the same time each day the app crashes and becomes totally unusable for a solid hour it’s like they are doing app maintenance Avoid until it’s fixed or go to service titan ### 1/5 — Absolute pain in the backside *2026-05-12, version 17.3.4* Everything about it is bad ### 1/5 — Full of bugs *2026-04-28, version 17.3.1* I I gave one star because I can’t give a rating less than that ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2026-04-27* Have to use this app for work and it routinely crashes; our technicians are constantly having issues with it. If you’re typing notes and tab away from the app, there’s a 50% chance they’ll be gone when you return to it. Constantly getting calls from our office asking why we’re not onsite because even though we’ve marked the job as started, the connection with our server is terrible and unreliable. Every day there is a new problem to deal with, every day some new random garbage. If your internet connection isn’t just good, but continuously good, this app is completely unusable. ### 1/5 — Worse and worse *2026-04-21, version 17.3.1* It’s a horrible experience for mobile app users, the time selection wheel is horrid. Years after year this program gets worse for the technicians in the field that have to put up with this bs app. ### 1/5 — Rubbish updates *2026-03-27* Rubbish updates that don’t fix issues that have been brought to their attention. So many bugs that due to poor feedback from developers I stopped wasting my time. They alter the aesthetics but don’t fix actual problems.
