## What is SIMS by Syailendra?

SIMS by Syailendra is the official employee application of PT Syailendra Capital. It gives Syailendra employees a single place to record attendance, manage time off, and act on requests that need their approval.

An active Syailendra Capital employee account is required to sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Attendance
• Clock in and clock out from your phone
• Location is verified against the registered office area
• Add a note, and optionally a photo, when clocking in outside the office area
• Review your full attendance history

Corrections
• Submit a correction request for a missed or incorrect attendance record
• Track the status of each request

Time Off
• Submit leave requests and monitor your remaining balance
• See company holidays and team time off on a shared calendar

Approvals (for managers)
• Approve or decline attendance, correction, and leave requests from your team
• Review request details before deciding

Stay Informed
• Receive push notifications for request updates and approvals
• View notifications and requests awaiting your approval in your inbox

PERMISSIONS

• Location — used only to verify that you are within the office area when recording attendance. The app never collects location in the background.
• Camera and photo library — used only to attach attendance photos and set your profile picture
• Notifications — used to inform you about request status and approvals

Your location is used for attendance verification only and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
