Great app to review kids progress but it won’t scroll down. Doesn’t log me out and doesn’t crash but it only shows part of the screen. I have to reopen it 4-5 times for it to scroll down. So annoying.

I can't see any of my data because the app crashes as soon as I open it. Is there an update on the horizon? There hasn't been one since October 2016.

I have to sign in every time I want to check the database.  With 3 children, this is becoming a major annoyance.

Nice app except it logs me out of my children’s accounts daily. Any time I want to check i find myself having to log in again under each account. Its frustrating! Please fix.

The last update really messed up the app. 
If it responds to touch screen at all, it's very delayed. I have to restart over and over just to get a few bits of information 😟

Since the new update, the app has logged me out and will not allow me to log back in. There is not a support page to reset passwords. It is now useless to me.

I'm a Harmony parent. This app used to work great but wouldn't update and finally stopped letting me log on. I tried to download it again and was told it was "Not compatible with my device" (iPhone).

This app is great to stay informed. There is currently an update available. I get an error message, "this app is not compatible with iphone." I know this to be untrue.

I found this app so much helpful. It is better than checking my child's performance through online database. It is user friendly and very clear. Thank you for creating this app!

This is a great app for me. I keep in touch with my grades. The problem is; My phone (iPhone) didn't let me update this app. So I uninstalled it and I can't get it back. It keeps telling me 'This app is not compatible with your device'. Please help me with this problem.
