Absolute joke. All communication from school comes through via this app. It kicks you off you talk to the school they send you another link which doesn’t work. Who has time to keep going back and forth with the school about this app. Never had this issue with my other child’s app who’s in high school

The developers ought to be strung up. This feels like it was designed in 1997. Unreliable. Unintuitive. Just appalling. Now it’s thrown me out and won’t send a password reset email.

Never before have I been moved to review an app but this one is so painful to use. Happily I have been oblivious to its existence for 5 years and my daughter is now in 6th form so hopefully my dealings with it will be shortlived.

This unbelievably poorly maintained app is just beyond belief. The students could design & maintain a better one. If only there a zero star option to truly reflect the quality of this app.

The app is useful for tracking attendance, checking timetables and viewing achievement and behaviour logs, as well as keeping on top of set homework. Unfortunately, it often won’t load, making all these things inaccessible; this is particularly frustrating when trying to get my child to complete homework as this is ALL set on SIMS.
