I’ve not had any technical issues at all and receive daily push notifications about my child’s progress. I do wonder if all the negative reviews are made by students who don’t want their parents to have this information?! ### 4/5 — Good App *2020-01-30* This App seems useful if you have a competent School that is able to use it. Easy sign in options by using your Microsoft account but it logs me out a lot of the time. It’s probably for security but it is frustrating. I’m able to view attendance (not always correct, schools fault), timetable, messages and reports. Replying to messages is difficult sometimes as you can’t see the send button but if you go back and forth it soon appears. It’s a shame the school don’t ever reply to my replies about their messages but again incompetent School. **Developer response:** Hi 02amanda04, Thank you for your feedback. Hopefully you could consider you ratings about our app :) ### 3/5 — New to SIMS *2020-09-30* I have just phoned my children’s school to express my concern that all the choices to sign in require me to tick a box for SIMS to access a certain amount of my personal data.......The school told me I am the first parent to raise this concern. Was not happy to use my personal e mail address, don’t do Twitter, so only option was via Facebook. I am slightly concerned as to what Data SIMS will access and why from my Facebook page.
