### 3/5 — Freezing

*2025-10-25, version 11.89.1*

I haven’t played long but as soon as I go into chat to respond to the seer it freezes and I can’t do anything. Is this a bug that needs fixing I paid for the game. Didn’t have an issue with any of the others.

### 3/5 — Still good but, lacks the soul the 1st 2 had.

*2025-06-16*

Still a fun game at the end of the day but it seems a bit unfair to compare it to the previous games. The characters don’t have as much personality and the puzzles lack real challenge. And honestly the ending was a bit anti climactic.
Overall this version seems more rushed than the others.
Still worth playing imo, but keep this in mind before purchasing

### 3/5 — Not as good as the last 2

*2025-05-18*

After loving both 1 and 2 I was pretty disappointed by how this game not only ran but played, in the last games the characters had humor and actually felt personable.. the characters in this game feel dull and boring no humor no good jokes no personality just bland. Ontop of that zooming in is a nightmare and often bugs stuff out, so good luck reading important things or locations.. the game crashed several times on me often leading to my most recent progress going back to my last save, which is far and few between… over all pretty disappointing and I hope if there is a 4th it’s better than this…

### 3/5 — Cannot complete game because it crashes

*2025-01-20, version 11.89.1*

Game crashes repeatedly during video call with Ruby in Paul’s house. Super disappointing. Seems like the only fix would be to reinstall and lose all progress!

### 4/5 — Game was great, only a few small bugs.

*2024-12-04*

I enjoyed this game and found it amazing, I’m only giving it four stars because I encountered a few bugs that caused me to close the app and go back in. Ultimately I loved the game. Please make another.

### 3/5 — disappointing

*2024-11-29, version 11.89.1*

the beginning felt so dragged out, and so many characters were introduced and they’d end up being pointless and not adding any plot ! my game also froze multiple times and i’d have to refresh my app which means i had to restart the last checkpoint, which was so annoying. other than that i enjoyed the game itself it was unnecessarily long though

### 3/5 — It’s good but

*2024-03-10*

I hate how I can’t progress much further and I’ve seen it happen with my twin we both have to talk to Ruby in different parts of the story but we can’t it says she’s offline. I don’t understand. I looked everywhere and I even looked up a wall through and even the objective mentions to talk to Ruby. Also you need more check points cause I hate restarting the part over and over again. But mainly the ruby part is the issue please fix it. I want to finish the game.

### 4/5 — Fantastic but needs fixing

*2024-02-17*

Much tougher than the earlier games, however I’m enjoying the challenge. My issue with this game is the constant crashes. I have to keep closing and reloading it, having to repeat steps. Very frustrating.

### 4/5 — Beautifully done! only one tiny issue.

*2024-02-10*

I absolutely love every Simulacra game so far, sitting down with a notebook & pens and just going to town on these games is something i’ve very much enjoyed doing across all three games.
This one has to take the cake on the most interesting, innovative and just kinda downright cool these puzzles were. the mural puzzle??? oh my god, genuinely loved them.
only thing i struggled on was the last part of the game, with the “past to the truth” part. the solution still makes no sense to me, but then again it’s hard to find any decent walkthrough pages or videos on this game.

I’m very excited to see what else comes out in the Simulacra series! one of my favorite horror series 🩵

### 4/5 — Good game

*2023-10-19, version 11.89.1*

The game was enjoyable, only problem was it basically freezing so I had to swipe off and get back on. It would be nice if it saved more often too.

### 4/5 — Still great, not quite as good as the others.

*2023-06-25*

Beautiful art, cool new design features (love the ability to activate appliances and cameras in Paul's house), neat story. It's a solid, worthwhile game. The acting was subpar, though the actress for Ruby did a good job in that end bit. The big climactic confrontation felt small, especially when compared to Simulacra 2. The horror elements were very rare, and there were hardly any creepy bits like the background changes from the first two. Still, I enjoyed it!

### 4/5 — repetitive

*2023-05-11*

i love this game. it is very well put together. however, i kept having to restart so many things because i wasn’t able to save when i wanted to. i would play this game when it was convenient, but it made it hard to keep wanting to play because if i exited out of the game for too long, my progress would be lost up to the last auto save point. i hope that an update comes out in the future where this is fixed.

### 1/5 — Frozen 10 minutes in, can’t play, can’t pass

*2024-10-18*

I’m stuck at the first phone glitch where the phone and phone keys go haywire… It never moves past this screen and I can’t click anything HELP PLEASE

### 1/5 — Not so good

*2024-09-09, version 11.89.1*

Very slow. It keeps freezing up when im on it for to long, and when i go back to play it. It deletes my progress. And in general its not living up to the others. Disappointed

### 1/5 — Not Good. Needs Fixing

*2023-08-06*

The game won't save properly. Apparently yo need to go to various checkpoints on the game for it to save. But I only clicked off the game for 2 minutes and it didn't save on the screen? It lost all my progress. Absolute waste of money for a game that won't save my progress.

### 1/5 — A little buggy

*2023-06-20, version 11.89.1*

I was playing the game, but I had to stop for the umpteenth time because it freezes a lot. Very annoying, but interesting so far.

### 2/5 — THE APP KEEPS CRASHING

*2025-07-18*

I feel the story is decent enough, not nearly as clever or unsettling as the last 2 games, I’m okay with the tools used but sometimes they’re buggy, but my biggest peeve is that throughout gameplay whether it’s playing a video or texting one of the characters, THE GAME WILL RANDOMLY CRASH, forcing me to go back to my earliest save and do everything all OVER AGAIN!!!!

### 2/5 — Glitchy and slow

*2025-03-21*

Slow scroll speed and glitchy so I’ve had to restart the game several times to get past one point because the screen would freeze up and I couldn’t interact with anything. I’ve not had this issue with any of the other Simulacra Games.

### 2/5 — Underwhelming compared to the previous installment

*2024-12-22*

While the intimate and voyeuristic "Simulacra" experience is mostly preserved, this game really highlights how much better Simulacra 2 was. Instead of focusing on a specific character and their immediate circle as in the previous game, this game tries to encompass the entire scope of a the enigma plaguing a whole town. While ambitious, the end result is weaker because the sense of immediacy and the dynamism of character personalities as seen in the second game is just not there. Compared to the memorable Murillo and Maya and friends, the protagonists of this game are...just there. And there are no other speaking cut scenes with any other live actors besides Ruby and the bland Paul, which makes the whole experience seem cheaper.

Pair those shortcomings with an arguably worse phone interface with clunkier design and less interactivity than last time, and you get this overall underwhelming third installment. Perhaps the most disappointing thing about this game is that the humor and pettiness seen in characters that made the last game so much fun is virtually nonexistent this time around.

In short, this game, even with its economical runtime, ends up feeling less immersive and downright boring at times (those extended Ruby videocall sequences are a drag). Hopefully these things can be remedied if there is a fourth game.

### 2/5 — Still bugged a year later!

*2024-06-04*

Though not as good as the other two, up to a point it has a decent and interesting story.
Then comes that point where you try talking to Carin on the chat near the end of the game and it stops working.
Can still scroll the chat up and down but that’s it, there’s supposed to be a reply option that comes up but it never does and you can’t click on anything else.

So I have to now google the endings unfortunately and have no idea which one I would have got.

I tried quitting out the game, going through from the previous save point and doing as much as possible before the chat but that didn’t work either.
It had a similar glitch earlier on in the game but quitting and loading fixed that one, this one it doesn’t.

With it now being a year since the last update I doubt it’ll ever get fixed 😢

### 2/5 — Disappointment 😕

*2023-08-23*

I loved the other simulacra games a lot so was hoping this one would be just as good, but was disappointed. I haven’t even gotten that far because of how poorly it runs on my device. I’m using an iPhone 13 on the latest version and yet it feels very clunky and buggy, as if I’m trying to run a game from 2012.

For example, the “texts” keep freezing and the only way to get it to work again is by restarting the app and going back to the last save point (which is another annoying thing all on its own), trying to zoom in or out of the atlas map just does not work at all because the whole screen completely spasms out, and if I try to scroll up or down on a text conversation, it will “erase” the previous or subsequent messages until I exit the chat and go back in multiple times.

I loved how the first simulacra felt. It truly felt like I was on someone else’s phone. It was all completely smooth and well-made without any bugs like this. This one feels really poorly done. I’m not even intrigued by the story, which feels very quickly put together and poorly thought through, but I’m going to keep pushing through because I already paid for it.

Overall, a complete disappointment compared to their other amazing games. Think I’ll just go replay the others a few times after this ☹️

### 2/5 — Annoying!

*2023-04-29*

The game is okay but it’s not as good as some free interactive horror games I’ve played. Small details like the game forcing me to look at new messages that are sending instead of being able to look at older ones is frustrating. The game also doesn’t give you the opportunity to save whenever you want which I hate as I lose tons of progress. For a paid game I expected way better.

*2025-09-10, version 11.89.1*

Played all of the simulacra games and this one is the best BY FAR!!!!

The first two
Were great but I could never have a happy ending. Part 3 gave me a happy ending and it was well worth it! Loved every minute!!!!

### 5/5 — Join the SIMULACRA

*2025-05-21, version 11.89.1*

Jesus Christ, this game was amazing throughout all of it. Can’t wait for the next installment

### 5/5 — Fun game!

*2024-07-19, version 11.89.1*

Just wish it was longer!

### 5/5 — I want more!!

*2024-06-15*

Please continue to make more games in the simulacra series ! These “found phone” games have been my absolute favorite, and this series has been the best in my opinion.

### 5/5 — Very awesome better than simulacra 2

*2023-11-18, version 11.89.1*

This is such a good game! I honestly enjoyed everything that was new about it

### 5/5 — Amazing game great story

*2023-10-29, version 11.89.1*

I loved how your choices impacted to the story and overall I loved the game and hoping for another one if possible

### 5/5 — Great

*2023-09-01*

Ok, that was quite interesting experience. I’ve been waiting for the third part of simulacra since the day second part appeared. And I’m not disappointed. It’s quite better than other parts, every detail has its own meaning. I like the way you did the call at the end of the game. It definitely looks like you’re talking on phone in real life. Unfortunately the game doesn’t have the translation to Russian language and sometimes I needed to use the translator because of difficult words. But the game is still so good.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal

*2023-06-01, version 11.89.1*

These games are NEVER not incredible! This one’s puzzles were quite a bit more challenging than the other games in the series but holy cow. What a fun experience!!!!

### 5/5 — Wow My Breath Has Escaped Me

*2023-06-01*

This game was incredible. The voice acting was superb, sound effects were of high quality and realistic, the video effects were engrossing, the dialogue between characters was enriching and last but not least, I felt like I was there. I felt like the character I played was me and I really had someone else’s phone in my hands! I felt like this whole situation would only be resolved by my choices. That’s another amazing aspect! Your choices matter. Ever decision you make has an effect on the experience. So choose wisely. I learned that the hard way. The only thing that was a disappointment was watching the credits roll and my tears could not be held back any longer. I’ll miss all the characters for a long time. Cheers to you Paul, Ruby and the game developers! Cheers to you.

### 5/5 — Play it

*2023-03-18, version 11.89.1*

I loved it! Such a good addition to the others!
