The app has a lot of potential, however my biggest gripe with it at the moment is that i paid for the premium subscription and am unable to use any of the features promised. Namely, exporting to svg or png. There doesn’t seem to be much support either. If they fix the issue of making sure the app performs the service you pay for it would greatly improve the app.

We welcome any kind of feedback about our product SimVSM. Unfortunately, however, we can in no way understand your comment about poor support. We do not have a ticket that describes the problem you describe.
If you send us your contact details, we will immediately try to solve your problem. (please send to simvsm@simplan.de). Information about your purchase of the Premium Package would also help us, as well as information about the IOS device you are using the app on.
