Llevo tiempo fuera de España y he podido mantener mi teléfono sin problemas y siempre funciona todo perfectamente. Seguiremos así 👍👍👍 ### 5/5 — More than satisfied *2022-07-01* I have been with Simyo since the company started. Before, I tried Yoigo, Vodafone and Movistar, 25 years total as a mobile phone user. Simyo was the best choice to keep my number while I was living overseas and only using it during holidays in Spain. Now that I am back living here, I am sticking with them. Their frequent gifts are highly appreciated and their customer service is awesome. About the app in particular, from the moment it was made it has worked great, providing a very similar experience to the website and making the management of the account a breeze. Just a click and I can switch my contract to my current needs or add extras on the go. I have had it in at least 5 different phones through the years and never had an issue! All of a sudden it stopped letting me top up my account. Now I'm stranded with no service. Please fix this ASAP. Stopped using it for 2-3 months and then it wouldn’t let me sign in, says the account doesn’t exist and stays on loading. No point of having this app to check your balance as when you are about to run out of credit Simyo is texting you an alert. In response to the dev response 😅 I’m closing the app normally. Not force closing it. Not signing out. The widget says I’m signed out, I open the app, and I am still signed in 🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 3/5 — Buena y simple *2017-09-13, version 2.0.1* Buena y simple manera de ver tu tarifa y consumo. Pero el widget (al menos en iPhone) no funciona y sería bastante útil. ### 4/5 — Sim service *2026-07-01, version 3.36.1* I use simyo as a second service whenever I fly to Spain works great for my needs. They often add 100gbs free at Christmas, easter or Summer. No podría estar más contenta!!! Tenemos 4 líneas, fibra y ahora Netflix a través de Simyo. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté harto de pagar de más en otras compañías, de que le tomen por tonto o harto de que le hagan las cosas complicadas. Simyo siempre ofrece claridad, precio muy razonable, facilidad… con un simple click para darte de alta, de baja, cambiar o añadir líneas, sin tener que pelearte con nadie para disfrutar de tu móvil o tus necesidades como te convenga. Además hablas con seres humanos (muy amables) que te ayudan con cualquier duda si la tienes. Simyo lleva años regalando a todos los clientes (no solo a los nuevos o a los que dicen que se van) más gigas de datos en Navidades y otras ofertas varias, SIMPLEMENTE dándole un click, si lo quieres está ahí, sin otra condición. INCREÍBLE! Ojalá todas las compañías fueran así!!! Ahora he añadido Netflix a través de Simyo que yo ya lo tenía directamente con Netflix y de nuevo súper sencillo , simplemente pago la mitad por el mismo servicio, con mi misma cuenta antigua. En fin, una familia súper agradecida de que exista Simyo!! **Developer response:** ¡Gracias! Además, cuentan con tarifas muy competitivas. Ya llevo tiempo viviendo fuera de España y nunca he tenido problema para mantener mi número y para gestionar cualquier duda. Me parece muy guay que regalen los 50 gb en verano, cosa que hoy en día nadie regala nada. La app es súper fácil de usar y todo funciona muy bien.
