Considering they do no credit check and I do have impeccable credit. I don’t understand why I was turned down for a card, considering it is a debit card. I wanted to check and see if I could have possibly put in some wrong information. There is no way to get back into the account and see if you need to make corrections. you cannot fill another application out because once it sees your phone number you cannot redo it so please advise on how I can try this again

Up to 3 days to get money onto the account from a bank transfer. Way to long. Thought it was instant.

They said no credit check but I sent them all my personal information anyway. Then they make me wait days just to ask for a photo of my social security card and w-2 and other things. My capital one credit card didn’t even ask for all that!! Uninstalled and will NEVER use them. Cash app is better

I can’t get logged into my account. I have been searching for 2 days and cannot find anywhere that I can call or even email you.

The idea of this is quite neat since I’m a mom of three cats. I signed up after giving them my personal information, but the app stopped working and wasn’t allowed back on. Some time passed and they informed me I wasn’t accepted. Utter disappointment.
