All games (including past) are shown, and they are grouped by tournament, with most recent first. But the games are displayed in the opposite order (game dates go 9/27, 9/28, 9/20, 9/21 from top to bottom). It’s disorienting ### 1/5 — Too easy to Fake Identities *2023-11-12, version 3.7.1* What is wrong w requiring players of all ages (from u8 and up) to upload a photo of their child for their player passport. Its something viewed by staff only anyhow. Also, why am i allowed to switch emails of parents at registration for a tournament? Another leak in the system. We played a Rec-Tourney in Georgia and Coach Hector added 5 Academy PLAYERS to their team and they beat everyone 20-0. This is absurd and will be the downfall of not only soccer but this terrible app. ### 2/5 — Search engine is lousy *2022-10-12, version 3.7.1* The search engine for finding a tournament is terrible. Also finding my team (it defaults to a U12) is frustrating instead of remembering my last entry. Just stays stuck in adding account mode and you have to close out of program and go back in. Still does the same thing. At least the app is slightly better to maneuver in finding tournaments than the site. More recently, I am not able to view divisions, schedules etc in a tournament. I click on divisions and nothing loads. This is not a new product. Also hard to navigate between team level and tournament level views. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-04-20, version 4.2.1* This is by far the worst sports app on the market. ### 1/5 — Events doesn’t show future tournaments *2026-04-12, version 4.2.1* Since the update, the events tab only shows past tournaments through March 28, 2026. The featured events has future, but it’s difficult to scroll through those in that manner. Overall, functionality with this app has been reduced since the update. I no longer receive subscribed notifications, I can’t follow my teams, and I’ve already voiced how I a team’s games seem in an odd order without proper context. ### 1/5 — Unable to follow my team! *2025-11-25, version 4.1.0* Since the update…..I’m unable to follow My daughter’s team. I attempt to delete her old club and add her new one but it basically refuses to let me delete or follow. It shows it delete but just pops back up. It says ‘following’ but doesn’t show up in my teams. Pre-update, I was able to actually follow a couple teams….. now, sinc seems to only want me to follow the one team I’m not interested in. Team ranking is no longer readily visible on the team overview and the game scores are no longer visible when looking at a schedule requiring the user to click into each Indian game to see that games score. These are only two of the issues noted but quite a few more that are frustrating and quite honestly confusing on how they past any type of quality control. ### 1/5 — Worst update *2025-09-23, version 4.0* The newest update (9/23/25) is horrible. Names are changed, teams are merged that shouldn’t be, layout is clunky and an eyesore. I wish I knew how long it had been since they updated this app but I'm pretty sure it's been years. Until this version the app was still scaled to fit the iPhone 4 screen. So not only is the app revamped aesthetically, it now fills the screen of the iPhone 5/5S AND the 6 and 6 Plus. Overall one of the biggest upgrades I've ever seen in an iOS app. That probably speaks more to SINC Sports lack of updates over 2 or 3 iOS updates, but it looks good and I no longer dread opening the app. Let's hope they don't go into hibernation again.
