Similarly, I can drive by on a road 200 ft away from the station and the geofence will see it and check me in on the weekend. Check in at the station is similarly unreliable and won’t work a good portion of the time too. As a worker this is so much worse than a card swipe. Stick to simple and reliable if you have the choice. **Developer response:** Apologies for the inconvenience here. I can’t even see the invites I’ve sent out from the website on this app. No way to update timings or details on the go. The app makes you go through the questionnaire every time now (vaccine status, if you have a gun, etc.). Finally, why can’t we use watch or the Sine App to get access to doors, buildings, etc.? Huge step down from Vector! I thought Honeywell bought this to make it better / more customizable for Honeywell! **Developer response:** Apologies for the inconvenience. Please enter old password…. Reset password? Please enter old password… site is for safety, not intelligence. I’ve had it for 15 minutes and can’t wait to delete the app. I don’t know the point of it… I’ve done your induction, why do I need you to block up my phone? **Developer response:** It looks like you are logged in to your Sine profile reason why it's asking for an old password. If you are trying to reset your password for your Sine account, make sure you are logged out of your profile and click on the reset password link you've sent to your email. It should route you to a page that will allow you to change your password. The Sine app on my mobile can’t browse photo folder to upload more after the first one. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Recent versions of iOS require permissions for the app to access each photo, so please check these permsissions. We also have an updated app version so please update and see if this helps too. From an Emergency Management scenario I would not be relying on it. It has to be managed very closely for a visitors, contractors and even staff. I know you can change tracking in settings but is another thing you have to do when getting to site. Woolworths sign in app used to be the same until they received a lot of backlash from users about privacy & had to change it. Why does Sinepro need to track users while not onsite? Also you cannot see if you are inducted at a site before you get there. Can you add the function so you can see current sinepro inductions when your not in the geofence. Please have a look at how Rapidinduct do there app , it actually works & is simple & doesn’t track you constantly & drain your battery. **Developer response:** The App is designed to use geofencing to be set to "always allow" to determine that you are at a site. Just waited for an update to see if fixed and still crashing every time. Recently, we have started using the automatic functionality to ensure we know which of our staff members is onsite in the event of an emergency. The only think that could be improved would be an option for people to chose their site and the app automatically log them into site with the geofence touch free like it does when you leave. We only have this option available for staff but the app still prompts them with a list of option, contractor, visitor, employee etc before signing them in. ### 4/5 — Nice check in app *2021-12-10* Not a bad check in app for the average user.
