## What is Sineco?

Sineco is AI-powered music for peak performance. Whether you're running, lifting, cycling, or stretching, Sineco listens to your body and plays music that matches how hard you're working — in real time.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Full access to Sineco requires an auto-renewable subscription (In-App Purchase). A free trial may be available. Prices and terms are shown in the app before you buy.

HOW IT WORKS
• Start a session and choose your activity (running, yoga, strength training, cycling, and more)
• Sineco reads your heart rate from Apple Health, your Apple Watch, or a paired Garmin watch
• Music intensity adapts automatically as your heart rate rises and falls
• Tracks advance to keep you in the right zone for your workout

BUILT FOR YOUR WORKOUT
• 14+ activities including running, walking, cycling, yoga, pilates, strength training, tennis, basketball, and more
• Set your context — home, gym, or outdoor — for smarter music matching
• Live heart rate and intensity display during every session
• Save and replay tracks you love; review your workout history

APPLE WATCH & GARMIN SUPPORT
• Apple Watch companion app streams live heart rate during workouts
• Pair a compatible Garmin watch via Bluetooth for real-time BPM without Apple Health
• Manual intensity mode if you prefer not to use a heart rate source

PERSONALISED FROM DAY ONE
• Pick your favourite genres during onboarding
• Quick-start shortcuts based on how you actually train
• Recently played tracks and session history on your home screen

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
• Health and behavioural data are only used with your explicit consent
• No ads, no data selling, no cross-app tracking
• Export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings

IMPORTANT
Sineco is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme.
