However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Due to a genuine medical emergency, I had to cancel my ticket and requested assistance to either extend my travel date by two weeks or rebook into a normal economy flight. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to seek support, no practical solution was offered. The only option provided was a business class seat costing nearly AUD 10,000, which was completely unreasonable given my situation. As a loyal customer, I expected more flexibility and understanding during a medical emergency. While the airline eventually processed a refund, a 40% cancellation fee was deducted, which felt unfair under the circumstances.
