Still needs more research as there are lots of faster ways to move around the stations. From redhill to city hall, there is no need to transfer using the EWL but app keeps guiding to transfer at outram to NEL then transfer at dhoby ghaut to NSL to get to city hall. This remains the same even when lesser transfer is chosen ### 2/5 — incorrect mrt routes *2022-06-08, version 2.3.3* hi, wanted to reach out via the 'contact us' button in the app but it says my device doesn't support the operation so here i am. have been using this app for awhile but recently noticed that i'm unable to calculate the timings for direct green line routes, such as from jurong east to raffles place. the app takes me one big round to transfer at outram park and dhoby ghaut, or suggests the long red line route that practically covers the entire line. would appreciate if this could be fixed, thanks! ### 5/5 — Peoples facility *2022-05-10, version 2.3.2* Great public facility. Giving wrong direction like toward Expo / Bukit Panjang causing critical impact on user time. Developer should look at the Delhi metro app and absorb some inspiration. It suggests the most inconvenient routes. No highlights between connecting stations. Just a waste. Only good thing there is a map, **Developer response:** This is Singapore MRT not delhi metro. ### 1/5 — Ads block view of map. *2021-11-20* (1) Developer placed Google Ads right in the middle of the map making it nearly useless, then offers a S$1.99 to remove the “pesky” ads. Paying that for an app whose primary function is to replace the FREE paper MRT map available at any station is not a reasonable price to pay. (2) Route calculator function has almost no value as well. Anyone looking at the map can trace a from-to route. If it could give me a route from Chinatown Leong Sang Bakery to Jewel Shopping Center then the calculator has value. Just a station to station trace route not worth the money. S$1.99 indeed. **Developer response:** We have updated to remove pesky ads ### 1/5 — Brown Line *2021-04-28, version 2.1.9* Why is there no auto update? Your app recommended me to change at macpherson mrt station & go to the downtown line towards sungei bedok mrt station direction. There is no sungei bedok mrt station. In macpherson mrt station, there are only indications of downtown line to bukit panjang mrt station or expo mrt station.
