My review of this app .. it has several bugs that need to be worked out .. and i hate the whole have to input your password in to transfer money in between accounts !!!

i am new to this. the very first time i try to log in i get locked out. who uses only favorites as security questions? favorite things change, i don't eat candy i don't have a favorite candy i don't eat it; i don't have a favorite car, i am not a guy, i don't really care about cars. facts do not change, i will always know where i was born, my first grade teacher, etc. FACTS DO NOT CHANGE. FAVORITES DO CHANGE. i will be calling in every week cause i get locked out of my online account.

It is hard to log in. It takes too long to login in. You have to go through so many steps to log in no matter if you use your computer or cellphone. I have 2 other bank apps none of them are this difficult. This is a HUGE pain to use.
