FAVORITES DO CHANGE. i will be calling in every week cause i get locked out of my online account. absolutely horrible experience for a new customer. ### 1/5 — The worst *2021-02-12* It is hard to log in. It takes too long to login in. You have to go through so many steps to log in no matter if you use your computer or cellphone. I have 2 other bank apps none of them are this difficult.
