### 1/5 — STILL CANNOT ADD DEVICES

*2024-08-06, version 1.4.0*

Please update the app and regularly monitor it because I see from an older review that people have not been able to add devices themselves for over a year which is something you promise. A group of residents are going to contact my apartment complex to request a new provider because you guys don’t care about the consumer.

### 1/5 — Wish I could give ZERO stars!

*2024-05-16, version 1.4.0*

I’ve moved in to an apartment building that god knows why only has this service. The WiFi is slow and it keeps disconnecting every once in a while. I wanted to see if I could restart the router or something and downloaded this app and guess what? It’s stuck on the login screen. I type my email and a green tick appears as though it logged me in but then nothing happens. It stays there on the same login screen for hours. Tried reinstalling multiple times only to end up seeing the same terrible functionality. How HARD is it to make a good app? If I ever move out of this place, it’ll only be because of Single digits.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-02-29, version 1.4.0*

This app is terrible, doesn’t display devices which are connected to your WiFi, can’t connect my thermostat to my app which I was able to do before…..

### 1/5 — App issues

*2024-01-31, version 1.4.0*

App does not let me login after email is entered

### 1/5 — The worst company in America

*2023-11-02, version 1.4.0*

This company has been known to have the worst customer satisfaction because most of their products will last one month then appear to have severe issues with the intended services. This will lead to external fees and repairs, if not your service will never be fixed or downgraded. I’m not completely sure how a company can still operate morally and ethically knowing they are taking advantage of their own customers. If u try to contact customer service they will always mention sending a technician to fix it, but nothing will happen and no one is usually sent. I’ve heard other customers wait months for a simple fix.

This review is to deter any sane individual to be business with them, and for the company itself to at least hold itself accountable for their business practices.

### 1/5 — This company is horrible as well as the app

*2023-09-01, version 1.4.0*

There is no reason to have this app installed other than to get the password for your home internet. I have had to call the company for internet problems over 100 times in the past few months and they just pass the buck to the next person or team.

They also removed their google reviews because of the sheer number of 1-star reviews they got. Do NOT trust this company.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2023-08-26, version 1.4.0*

Terrible app terrible wifi

### 1/5 — Missing Features

*2023-06-04, version 1.4.0*

App still doesn’t offer the feature to add devices ourselves. This is quite annoying, as you have to call to have a device registered and even then it will sometimes work temporarily and then stop working after a few days, resulting in more calls. It is lost on me as to why ethernet ports don’t just work immediately and instead you must register devices with them, given you will be the only person with access to them in your apartment/room. Same goes for the WiFi, as it is password protected which should mean the registering is unnecessary.

### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible

*2023-04-13, version 1.4.0*

This app is the most useless, unhelpful app I have ever come across. The internet that it services barely works on my devices, its help page never loads properly, and any attempts to resolve issues just lead to more problems. If the apartment complex you plan to move to uses this app for internet, I highly recommend you reconsider. This is not worth the utility money at all.

### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work well at all.

*2023-04-12, version 1.4.0*

The “Help” and “About” features are broken (blank pages and the “Help” feature gives a weird error message), and devices do not show up. Even worse is that you are FORCED to use the app just to connect to Wi-Fi! Zero stars if I could!

### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work

*2023-01-19, version 1.4.0*

Yes, the service is bad.
Yes, the costumer service is bad.
That’s doesn’t matter, this an app review. A review for just the app…
Yes, the app is also bad.
It just doesn’t allow you to login. Full stop.

### 1/5 — Not helpful at all

*2022-11-11, version 1.4.0*

The “HELP” option does nothing, you get a error message. After logging in I also never received my unique network key to use the wifi. I heard it’s not worth using anyway but I wish I could at least see for myself.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2022-08-02, version 1.4.0*

The app lets you list all the MAC addresses for all of the devices you want to connect. Seems simple right? But no there’s one problem. Listing it does NOTHING. You still have to register the device when you connect to the internet and also deal with the horrible user interface. Do this then you have to deal with horrible connections while consistently reconnecting to wifi when you renter the proximity of the router.

### 1/5 — Trash Internet Provider

*2022-05-23, version 1.4.0*

Agree with all the reviews below. This internet provider is absolute trash. I am getting kicked out of the internet 10 times a day and having no way to add another device to my account through the app. Support says they will call back later and never call

### 1/5 — Single digits is actual garbage

*2022-01-21, version 1.3.6*

Terrible company and terrible app. They do not care about their customers

### 1/5 — Worst internet provider ever

*2022-01-20, version 1.3.6*

This is the worst internet provider ever. Their app is absolutely horrible as well. The internet connection isn’t even strong enough to hold a zoom call.

### 1/5 — Needs major update

*2021-09-21, version 1.3.3*

In the photos of the app, it shows a “+” sign to add a device, but in reality there is no option for that in the app. I have to call every time I want to add a device and even then the wifi still does not work. This app has potential especially for the companies which utilize them for private wifi, but it is entirely inconvenient for the users themselves. Customer service is very kind and patient, but provides little help in the long run. It turns out to provide more of a hindrance than the luxury wifi features they advertise.

### 1/5 — Awful app

*2021-05-13, version 1.3.2*

This has to be one of the worst apps and companies I have ever delt with!

### 1/5 — Terrible app and company

*2021-03-23, version 1.3*

Slow, poor performing app. As a professional iOS developer no other app on my phone works this poorly. The get help form includes a “live chat” button that loads a blank page and the “email us” button presents a native Mail Controller with no email address prefilled so you can’t actually email them because you don’t know the support email. phone support has you on hold forever and fails to resolve the problem. Internet speed (the service this company provides) is slow and unreliable, in a $2000+/month apartment where they are the only option you can get. What a joke.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible Service

*2026-08-15, version 1.4.0*

Worst internet company I have ever dealt with in my life. This app doesn’t even work.

### 1/5 — Who made this??

*2026-08-11, version 1.4.0*

This app sucks. The help isn't helpful and I can't even log in. So extremely annoying. Might as well get my own wifi at this point

### 1/5 — Never Works When You Need It

*2025-10-23, version 1.4.0*

Like the title suggests: when you really need it the app and service fail time and time again. When apartment building companies contract out to the cheapest bidder this is what we get.

### 1/5 — Worst Internet I’ve ever Used

*2025-10-11, version 1.4.0*

I am not kidding when I say this. It’s the worst wifi I have ever used. I have better wifi in third world countries. It’s slow , constantly disconnects, the customer service people are useless. All they do is say that they are going to escalate it and nothing ever ends up happening. All their work is outsourced so goodluck trying to understand the person on the other line.

### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service

*2025-08-28, version 1.4.0*

My apartment buildings network went out on the first day of class and after two days they still won’t give us any updates. Every time we call to ask when it’ll be fixed all they say they can’t tell us and they’re sorry.

### 1/5 — Not working.

*2025-06-23, version 1.4.0*

I can’t even login I just get a pop up that says one home.

### 1/5 — Unreliable customer service and repairs

*2025-05-05, version 1.4.0*

I have been trying to get my internet at my apartment repaired for two months and everytime I call they say they are working on it, but nothing ever happens. They have sent techs to my apartment but they do not fix anything. I have no idea what they do, but it’s not fixing my internet.

### 1/5 — WORST WIFI SERVICE

*2024-11-02, version 1.4.0*

Worst WIFI service ever. Can not connect more than one device ever. It keep connecting and disconnecting always.NEVER EXPECT SUCH POOR WIFI SERVICE IN A COUNTRY LIKE USA!!!!

### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible Experience

*2024-08-22, version 1.4.0*

SingleDigits app and company are ill-equipped. Their internet services are completely unreliable and I am shocked Greystar would utilize their company for their apartment complexes. We have gone days without internet with hardly any updates. Never compensated for the impact it has on our jobs. It’s just unacceptable business practice. The app is no help at all either.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work, Wi-Fi doesn’t work

*2024-08-09, version 1.4.0*

OMG you guys have to fix this app.. the Wi-Fi disconnecting multiple times a day & being slow is already one issue, but not even being able to get past the login page on this app makes things even more frustrating. It’s like every day I’m having to troubleshoot an issue with the Wi-Fi in the midst of trying to work from home & even when contacting technical services, we still haven’t gotten to the bottom of the issue.. I’m afraid to even have guest over to watch a movie again lol the service disconnected so many times & I couldn’t even get into the app at all to figure out what’s going on..

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 3/5 — Add device to the WiFi

*2020-10-28, version 1.2.0*

I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of adding a device to my apartment’s community WiFi via MAC address. It worked without any complications.

### 3/5 — Eh

*2020-08-17, version 1.0.4*

The previous version of this app was unusable. Now I can actually add or delete devices, so it’s somewhat operational.

### 2/5 — bad

*2021-09-30, version 1.3.3*

I can't set my own WIFI！！！
