## What is SingleHabit?

SingleHabit is a habit app built with the belief that changing every life habit at the same time is difficult, and it lowers your chances of overall, enduring success.

Research (and, for many, lived experience!) shows that the most effective way to make sustainable, enduring changes is to focus on one thing, one habit at a time.  

SingleHabit helps you do just that.  Make and track the new habits you want, one at a time, slowly over days, months, and ultimately years.  The app only allows one active habit at a time, guaranteeing that you focus on just one thing.  Once you've successfully implemented your habit, you can end it and create another one.  The app allows you to measure and track streaks, set custom reminders, and view your daily, weekly, monthly, and annual progress as you go.
