I was only on this site for a month and I came across two bots or scammers. Navigating this app via mobile phone is not great. The worst part is trying to cancel your subscription. You can’t unsubscribe via the app. You have to write to them almost pleading for them to cancel the subscription. You have to give a minimum 4 weeks notice. It’s a joke. You would honestly think with all the negative feedback from these reviews they would listen to customers and amend their thieving ways, but no. They refer you to T&Cs, for their benefit only. I have emailed them and they refuse to refund. I’ve never even opened the app, never replied to any messages.
