So, tried creating account, says I already have one. Tried resetting password, sent me a temporary one to set a new password. After that, I tried logging in with new password and the wheel keeps spinning forever. This is a dysfunctional app. If I can only rate it 0 out of 5!!! ### 1/5 — What’s the point? *2021-12-07* Forced to download and use app to receive service. Rather strange considering the network connection isn’t lost when it relates to purchasing any of the items/services on the app! ### 1/5 — Horrible. Works poorly of at all. Laughable that it’s even available!!! ### 2/5 — Did I get scammed? *2020-06-21* Ok I placed my order over a month ago and even tho I know COVID is messing a lot of online shipping up right now, but I still haven’t received any update on my order, I’ve tried to put in my tracking number for so many different package tracking websites and they all say the location of my item is unknown but it’s “on its way”. Please Try again’ message.
