Sure there’s a wait and you can’t always get everything in all the sizes etc but that’s outlet shopping for you! The staff are really polite and helpful too. When contacting them via their Contact Us function within the App, you will wait for up to a week before getting an automated reply with the same message to all your orders claiming that their new Florida warehouse has some paperwork issues! Funny that is, as in the App it states where the orders will ship from and none of mine were from Florida! Seriously do not place orders.....!! ### 1/5 — BEWARE - THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT ITEMS *2014-06-30, version 1.20* I purchased Laguiole knives that were advertised as genuine being made in the Laguiole region of France. The items arrived LATE, the tracking DID NOT WORK, multiple emails were IGNORED and the few that were were just cut and paste responses that DID NOT ADDRESS ANY of my issues, and when the items arrived they were poorly packed, DAMAGED and FAKE!!! They were proudly labeled made in the PRC - and weren’t even good quality copies - they were absolute rubbish.
