## What is Singularity Monitor?

Singularity shows you how capable today's frontier AI models really are, measured against a single benchmark from METR: how long a task can a model complete?

A fitted curve runs through the results so you can see the trend, the current doubling time, and a projected date for when the horizon first reaches 100 years.

What you can do

• Watch the current horizon length update in real time
• Compare four curve fits side by side: exponential, hyperexponential, hyperbolic, and sigmoid
• Tap any metric for a plain-language explanation with the formula behind it
• Add the Singularity Monitor widget to your Home Screen to keep the latest numbers in view

About the data

Singularity reads METR's public benchmark file directly from metr.org. New model results appear the next time you refresh the app.
