Then, when I tried to create a music video, I was asked to pay another $12.99 for just a 30-second video. This is absolutely outrageous. What exactly does “full access” mean if, after paying $49 for a full year, I am still being asked to pay $12.99 just to generate 30 seconds of video? In my experience, this feels extremely misleading and like a complete rip-off. If major features require substantial additional payments, that should be made crystal clear before customers purchase the annual subscription. I paid for one year of full access, not for the privilege of being asked to pay again every time I want to create something. 1 star.
