I purchased this app so I could view Twitter without having to signup or use the Twitter app. This is what Sink It for Reddit does. This does not work for Twitter and still shows all the pop ups prompting you to switch to app and signup. This was a waste of money.

Sink it only applies when you refresh Twitter/X. It also doesn't work for embedded tweets which still show that ugly X logo. Hoping this is getting a bit more love.

I’ve started using Twitter via safari and a shortcut on my home screen through the shortcuts app (not a PWA!) instead of the browser because this is so much nicer. 

I could not get the ad/promoted blocking to work without also enabling blocking blue checks, not necessarily the end of the world because I prefer to block blues anyway, but it would be nice to be able to just block ads.

Love this extension. 

Twitter looks like Twitter again. I’ve got my Twitter bird back! I like that you can get rid of blue checks and ads- seems to work on  iPhone great!

But my iPad only got the blue bird even though the settings are identical.

Did I miss something? Also thanks for making this extension!

Quite simply, an essential app on my iPad and my iPhone. Straight, to the point, lean, well-made, with a wonderful description in the App Store that restores my faith in humanity. Thank you to the ETHICAL developer behind this must-have that lets you browse Twitter (YES I will forever call it Twitter) in peace, without all the nagging and promoted posts nonsense. 
Aaah, much better. Musk can shove it!

“Download the X app” modals are all gone, and replies aren’t filled with bot blue checks anymore. Awesome work. Can’t believe this is free.

Awesome, but please please add a fix for this new DM nonsense. I can’t even send DMs because the send button gets blocked by twitters bottom UI bar! So garbage, thanks for fixing this site at least

i got annoyed with Twitter/X using up like 1gb of space on my phone so decided to delete it and use the web. this extension adds some nice quality of life and add blocking features. would be really great if it would work as a webapp (you have to load it in native safari) but still 5 stars as it does what it promises.
