Why have someone build out an avatar with script, then get charged to see the results- that’s annoying and l am deleting your app because of that.

I wanted to try the app so I signed up for 3 day free trial and somehow it has charged me for annual membership WITHOUT THE FREE TRIAL. I did not consent to that. And if the quality of the video was great I wouldn’t have minded but the quality of the video is soo bad I wouldn’t even keep the membership for free. There is no way to get in touch with customer service to get a refund. So unless you have a wish to throw money away don’t even bother with this app. It’s a scam. What a waste!! Honestly the 3.7 rating it currently has is generous because for what it produces a negative star suites it well. If you want talking head video generator try Hygen. Please refund my purchase I signed up for the free trial not an annual commitment. I can’t even use this for anything

The crop at export is not the one selected, neither the voice 😡😡😡 this app is a joke and a scam ! And I was charged for the membership year fee when I actually took the 3 days free trial. Very bad ! And their contact email doesn’t work  !
