## What is Sintonia?

Sintonia - Find your Frequency

Create a sound space that fits your moment. Sintonia brings nature recordings,
steady sounds, custom tones and gentle visuals into one simple listening app.

Explore Nature Bath sounds, preview a tone before starting, or use Mix Studio to
combine up to two tones with a nature recording and adjust the layers independently.
Choose a session length and return to your saved mixes and recent sessions.

• Nature recordings and steady sound options
• Custom audible tones with a quiet preview
• Mix Studio with two independent frequency layers
• Optional binaural layer for headphone listening
• Optional body-awareness selection
• Session timing and background listening
• Gentle visuals and reduced-motion choices
• Eleven interface languages
• No user account required

Sounds are included in the app. Advertising requires a connection. Preferences,
mixes and session summaries are stored locally; device backups may preserve them.

Sintonia is a general wellbeing and ambience app, not a medical device. It does
not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and no health outcome is
assigned to a frequency. Listen at a comfortable volume and stop if uncomfortable.
