Terrible credit system. *2026-07-30, version 3.2.0* I purchased the annual subscription last year. Loved the program worked great until it came to renewal a new credit system. $400 plus every year. I only can use the program for seven days out of every month. I tried to upgrade my subscription and it says that I can’t upgrade next year. Super disappointing since I have so much information in it from the past year. I started exploring my options and Grok came into my life. Was a more mature relationship, but not as fun as Ginni. I had thought it would be more. Neither really satisfied my needs. I asked them both what PMS Remodeling needed and they both said Sintra. I followed their advice and I broke up with them and have been with Sintra for 2 weeks and am in LOVE! I have all my needs being met and I accomplishing my tasks in record time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Free apps were better *2026-08-11, version 3.4.0* It’s a very silly operation. All these good reviews are fake AI generated. I just did two things they were incomplete and it already took away 100 of the 250 credits. It’s designed so that you keep asking the AI to correct something and it’ll keep just charging your credit to Scamm. Use the free apps they have out there. ### 1/5 — Not functioning properly *2026-08-02, version 3.2.0* I usually don’t you leave a review, but I was not having very good luck with this app. Every time I opened it. It was like it didn’t save a damn thing. It didn’t have a clue what I was even talking about. It had prior conversations saved, but for some reason, I just couldn’t link that I was already the user or something. I have no idea. but then it was asking me about credits. It Couldn’t remember that I signed up already. I’m willing to keep giving this app a try and I feel like maybe I’m just using it the wrong way. I’m super excited about the function of this app ### 1/5 — Flawed Credit System, No Time Saved, Not Worth The Cost, Poor Customer Service. *2026-07-30* Sintra AI promises AI employees that learn, improve, and save you time with your business. But my experience has been quite the opposite. I spent more time correcting and retraining them than actually getting my work done, and every new task felt like I was starting from scratch. On top of that I’m consistently having to tell them to save what we worked on to the brain. To make matters worse, their credit system is incredibly frustrating. No matter what subscription you pay for, you can still run out of credits. Mine were burned up simply trying to correct the AI‘s mistakes. Paying extra for a product that doesn’t deliver on its promises feels incredibly misleading. Customer service has not been very helpful at all either. Instead of addressing the issue, they hide behind policies. Overall, this experience has left me feeling scammed. I paid for a subscription, but when I tried to log in and set up my account, I was asked to pay again. Despite being charged, my account showed that I had no active subscription. I’ve spent the last four days trying to get this resolved, and customer support has not been helpful. I’ve been chasing both my money and my subscription with no resolution. I’m not interested in going back and forth with support anymore. I don’t know what you guys did, but you took an outstanding product and you’re destroying it right now.
