Very frustrating, and dangerous. ### 5/5 — Fantastic *2024-12-24* The app is so-so, but this review is more about the product and their support. We had an issue with our camera lens less than a year after installation, and Sionyx support sent us a new one with a cover under warranty. And their support responded super fast. Cheap Chinese junk. ### 1/5 — Wont update can’t pull video *2024-06-20* Ive waited a year after buying my opsin in hope they would help or update this app to actually allow my device to connect … i would like to pull video from my device … even after waiting a year this app is still absolute trash and provides no work around to just being able to pull your video or pictures… wont update so therefore cant access the SD really frustrating. ### 2/5 — Constantly drops WiFi to night wave *2024-06-19* I got the night wave to connect to my iPad and the connection drops about every 15 min, driving along in the dark the last thing you want to don is mess with your camera. ### 3/5 — Need an update for newer iPads *2024-06-06* Purchased a camera to use with a new iPad 10th gen, running 17.5.1 iOS….alas the app doesn’t work. Have managed to get the app working on phone so that will have to do until SIONYX updates the app. The customer service from SIONYX was excellent and they said “ apologies but the app hasn’t been tested on the device we were using”. Fingers crossed they aren’t far off in completing testing and providing an update. Overall very satisfied with the nightwave camera, be better viewing on the iPad. ### 1/5 — No connection *2023-10-30* Trying to update the software and my phone says unable to join opsin.
