Sip and Scroll genuinely changed my relationship with Instagram. I used to be stuck in this cycle of downloading it, using it way too much, deleting it, and then missing it and downloading it again. Sip and Scroll finally gave me the balance I was looking for. I still get to have Instagram in my life, but in a way that actually feels healthy and intentional instead of overwhelming. It helps me use social media in moderation without feeling deprived, and that alone has been a game changer.
