A little sip. A little stroll. A cat by your side. When you're caught up in your day, even the small things can slip your mind. Sip&Stroll gives you a gentle nudge to drink some water and get up for a walk—with a cat who's happy to keep you company. MAKE ROOM FOR LITTLE BREAKS Set water and walking reminders separately. Choose your hours, intervals and weekdays, and pause whenever you need to. Add your name for a more personal hello. Check in from the app, a notification or your widget. FIND YOUR KIND OF CAT Meet Honey, Mochi, Pepper, Orange and Maple. Each has sixteen little sides to discover: a stretch, a sleepy peek, a morning yawn and more. Cats you meet along the way join your collection. Each companion keeps a collection of their own, with a little note about how you found every pose. A CAT THAT FOLLOWS YOUR DAY There's more time to check in: the first 85% of each reminder interval is yours. Near the next reminder, your cat peeks over the widget edge to let you know another check-in is coming. Morning and good-night cats stop by too. Finish your last check-in and your daily recap cat appears straight away. SEE THE LITTLE WINS See what you've completed, missed and still have left today. Five cat poses reflect your completion rate, from a lazy seal-like snooze to a proud little strut. Browse your recent 30 days, open older history whenever you like, and save or share a past day's card. JUST YOU AND YOUR CAT No account, ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Your reminders, check-ins and collections stay on your device. Export a backup when you want to keep a copy or move phones. Choose English or Simplified Chinese in Settings. Sip&Stroll records the check-ins you make. It doesn't measure water volume, steps, distance or walking time. Your next little break starts here. ## Is Sip&Stroll safe?
