## What is Sip&Stroll?

You meant to get a drink. Then another message came in.

Sip&Stroll is for days like that. A cat keeps you company and reminds you to drink some water and get up for a walk. Two small things that are easy to put off when you're busy.

Pick your cat
Honey, Mochi, Pepper, Orange and Maple each have their own personality. Your companion drinks, walks, rests and celebrates with you. There's an optional sound button, too, for days when a little meow is welcome.

Make room for a break
Choose separate reminder times and intervals for water and walks, along with the weekdays that suit you. Add your name for a more personal nudge. You can pause reminders whenever you need some quiet.

A tap, and back to your day
Check in when you've had a drink or taken a walk. You can do it from a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, or by expanding a notification. Need more time? Snooze for ten minutes when there's room in the check-in window, or skip this one. Tapped by mistake? Undo it while the check-in is still open.

See how you've been doing
Look back over today, the past week or the past month. Water and walks have their own counts, completion rates and daily history. Share a progress card if you like, or keep it just for yourself.

Easy to settle into
No account to make, no ads to dismiss and nothing to subscribe to. Sip&Stroll is free, with no in-app purchases. Your schedules and history stay on your device, and you can export a backup and restore it later. English and Simplified Chinese are included; change languages in Settings whenever you like.

Go fill your glass. Your cat will be here when you get back.

Sip&Stroll records your check-ins, not water amounts, steps or distance. Reminders follow your iOS notification and Focus settings. For dense schedules, the app lets you know when to reopen it to refresh upcoming reminders.
