## What is Sip Daily?

Log water in one tap, hit your daily goal, and get a nudge when you forget. No pets, no streaks — just a habit that sticks.

Sip Daily is a fast way to keep track of your water. Pick a daily goal in ml or oz, tap the size you just drank, and watch today's progress fill. That's the whole app.

HOW IT WORKS
Set your goal. Through the day, tap Glass, Can, or Bottle, or enter a custom amount. Today's progress fills as you go and resets fresh at midnight, and the last 7 days sit in History.

Turn reminders on and Sip Daily counts from your last log: if you haven't logged anything in two hours, it nudges you, between 08:00 and 22:00 only, and stops for the day once you've hit your goal. Reminders are off until you switch them on.
