Updated water target calculation so it is more sensible and only notifications between 8am - 9pm.

Existing users have the option to update to this new functionality by going to Settings, then saving a random personal metric setting (can still keep the same value) (e.g. Age) to recalculate your new recommended water target, then to use this value, check the checkbox in the Target setting and press save.
