I really like this app! Feels fun but serious at the same time! I really love the notifications to help me be accountable but especially the water notifications!! I feel like whenever I go out I forget to hydrate! Can’t wait to see what the updates bring !

Fantastic app! It did a great job of holding me accountable with comfortable reminders that were fun and easy to work into my life. I was just casually cutting back and it did the trick but could totally see it being helpful for the full spectrum of quitting/ cutting back. SipBuddy made it an enjoyable journey!
