## What is SipCity?

The SipCity app will allow members to receive their first round of alcoholic drinks for half
price at any and all participating locations ($25 max savings per visit). These locations will consist of breweries, wineries, bars, and restaurants.

Each Member-sip will receive the deal once a month at each unique location and the deal will reset each and every month.

For subscribed users:
A $9.99 per month purchase will be applied to your iTunes account on confirmation of the SipCity Monthly Subscription.
Subscribed users can use subscriptions at participating merchants once every subscription period.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
