## What is Sipclub?

SipClub Barista is the staff-facing loyalty app for SipClub coffee shops. Designed to sit on the counter, it lets baristas scan customer QR codes and award stamps instantly — no paper cards, no manual tracking.

How it works

A customer opens the SipClub app on their phone and shows their QR code. The barista scans it, enters the purchase amount, and taps award. The customer's stamp card updates in real time. When a card is complete, the app alerts the barista to give a free drink.

Built for busy counters

• Fast QR code scanning with a built-in camera
• Manual 8-digit code entry when scanning isn't possible
• Each staff member signs in with their own PIN for accountability
• Automatic free drink alert when a customer's stamp card is full
• Stamps sync instantly to the customer's SipClub app
• Secure shop login tied to your SipClub business account

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-07

Your counter now speaks your staff's language.
• 14 languages: English, Español, Français, Deutsch, ไทย, Tiếng Việt, العربية, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 한국어, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Português and Italiano. Choose yours from the globe on the shop sign-in screen — every screen, prompt and error is translated, and Arabic lays the app out right to left.

• Staff PINs are now optional. Turn them off in your SipClub dashboard and staff simply tap their name to start serving.

• Stays ready through a long, quiet shift. The counter renews its session in the background and retries once if it lapses, so the first scan after a slow morning just works.

• Sign a device out from the dashboard and it returns to the sign-in screen straight away, with an explanation — no more failed scans at the till.
