## What is SipLog?

SipLog is a lightweight daily counter for one-tap water tracking and a simple standing goal.

Set a daily goal and a few preset amounts, then record with a single tap. If you tap by mistake, you can delete the entry from today's records.

Standing is enabled by default and can be hidden in Settings. An optional kegel counter is also available there, hidden by default so the app stays focused for people who only want simple daily tracking.

Features:
- One-tap water intake logging
- Standing goal with quick preset logging
- Custom daily goals and preset amounts
- Optional kegel exercise counter
- Today progress, basic stats, and a recent 7-day review
- Fast recording from the macOS menu bar
- Sync across your own devices with iCloud private database

SipLog keeps daily recording simple. Core tracking is free, with no social feed or complex plan to get in the way.
An optional one-time purchase supports development. There is no subscription, and core tracking stays free.
