## What is Sipparoo?

Sipparoo tracks what you actually drink — water, coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, and more — and shows you both sides of the story: how hydrated you are, and how much caffeine you've had.

One ring, the full picture
Log a drink in one tap from your favorites, or add something custom. Sipparoo tracks water-equivalent volume and caffeine content together, against a daily hydration goal and a daily caffeine limit you set yourself.

A Today screen that pays attention
Instead of a static progress bar, Sipparoo's home screen adapts to your day: a gentle nudge to start hydrating in the morning, a heads-up if you're falling behind pace, a caffeine caution as you approach your limit, and an evening reminder to ease off caffeine before bed — all driven by your actual logged data, not canned messages.

Real insights, not a static chart
The Insights screen computes your actual hydration and caffeine trends — daily averages, streaks, best days, what you drink most, and when you tend to drink it — across week, month, and year views, with day-by-day drill-in.

Two-way Apple Health sync
Sipparoo writes water and caffeine to Apple Health, and reads them back — so a glass logged in Health shows up in Sipparoo, and vice versa, without duplicates. Sync is opt-in and configurable per drink type.

Built for how you actually drink
11 drink categories out of the box, fully custom presets with your own volumes and caffeine content, favorites for one-tap logging, and full support for both metric and imperial units.

Your data stays yours
No accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases. Everything is stored locally on your device; Apple Health sync is the only place your data ever leaves the app, and only if you turn it on.
