Immediately forced us to exit after 5min 53 sec! No option to extend or choose time to park. Will avoid any car park using this app. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-21, version 1.4.2* Payed for parking but no record of payment going out. Got a parking fine. AVOID at all cost ### 1/5 — First time using the app, overcharged for my parking. *2025-11-24, version 1.4.2* All other parking apps, you select the time, you pay. I selected the duration, went to pay, amount was “£0”. Thinking it was my mistake I tried a different payment method, same thing. Then I noticed it was a pay on exit thing. Ok, so I assumed after my chosen duration expired the payment would go out. So I did my meeting, finished a bit early, back in the car, drove home and THEN received a notification to say my time was running out, did I want to extend? Most other apps, because you’ve paid, you can ignore the notification if you’ve already left and don’t need to extend. BUT I suddenly twigged I had to MANUALLY END the parking session IN THE APP, and THEN the payment went. If I’d ignored the notification because I was already home, didn’t need an extension and not opened the app again, goodness knows how much I would’ve been charged - probably received a fine, like many others. Horrendous! There was NO indication that the app worked like that, and NO reminders on the exit gates of the car park. I had no choice in using this app and this car park, but if you can, AVOID!! One star because I can’t put zero. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-11-22, version 1.4.2* Couldn’t find the car park using code or location. If I get a ticket I will be in contact as you will be paying. ### 1/5 — Can’t book slot *2025-11-18, version 1.4.2* Downloaded the app, filled in the information picked the location but it says no slot available , ### 1/5 — Payments don’t register then get charged *2025-10-29, version 1.4.2* Twice now in a few months I have been issued a letter and had to appeal due to the app failing to take payment. Guess what location wasn’t recognised. Car park full of frustrated people. Lost 45 minutes. In the end a lovely helpful HUMAN BEING at the venue took my payment so we could get on with our lives. Why are so many of these poor quality apps unleashed on us? Let me guess - progress, convenience? No - it’s driven by cost cutting, low investment, maximum profit. And this technofeudalist world that has been foisted upon us. ### 1/5 — A Scam - be warned *2025-10-08, version 1.4.2* Like others I have been scammed by this app. I parked for 47 minutes and should have been charged £1.70. Instead I was charged £20.20. I have emailed support and provided all the information they requested and have heard nothing since. I rang the support telephone number only to be bounced from person to person who said they couldn’t help. Avoid. ### 1/5 — A Scam *2025-09-22, version 1.4.1* Like countless other people, I downloaded the app, entered the location, entered by car reg, entered the payment details, paid for my parking session only to receive a PCN within a couple of days. No record of my session, no payment taken. I have a distinct memory of following every instruction to the letter and even looking at the confirmation page with all of the details! I have now appealed and have accused them of fraud. They are aware of this being an issue, have not fixed it and are continuing to fine people who genuinely thought that they’d paid for their parking. I will never use the is app again. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-09-17, version 1.4.1* Take your money twice and doesn’t refund. Just one review before 2025 ? What a mess Sippi is in. Almost similar situation as the other reviewer. Downloaded Sippi app because I wanted to check parking charges. But next day it took all my money from my account. Disputing this transaction with Mastercard. ### 1/5 — Scammers false pcn issued *2025-08-26, version 1.4.1* Please don’t use them I paid for parking twice and was issued a ticket during this period and it was escalated to debt recovery ### 1/5 — Gave me a £170 fine *2025-08-13, version 1.4.1* Avoid this scam of a company! They took a whole month to sort out my parking permit. They ignore all phone calls and emails. I then got a fine for parking in my own parking space. Complete scam. ### 1/5 — What is a ‘convenience fee’? *2025-08-01, version 1.4.1* Apparently, this is added to your parking charge but you won’t know why. Also, if you start a parking session, don’t assume the camera system checks you out and ends the charge. You have to end it manually on the app. A pile of rubbish and another example of why parking firms have bad reputations. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-07-26, version 1.4.1* Not good ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-07-14, version 1.4.1* This app is the biggest waste of time and money, how can an app be so useless, always saying they are unable to process, I’m left riddled with anxiety at wether or not I’m going to receive a parking fine because the app doesn’t work!! ### 1/5 — Appalling app and customer service *2025-06-16, version 1.4.1* ANPR doesn’t work, we are using it in our staff carpark. It was registering me coming and going and then it stopped meaning I parked without paying on two occasions. Contacted Sippi who said next time don’t email as they barely check it. Also told me that I should have contacted them on the day even though I clearly told them I didn’t realise until a couple of days later.
