Invite a friend and you both get a free week of SipStep Plus — the moment they join with your link. You'll both be told when it lands.

The Friends tab is built around it now: what your invite is actually worth, a preview of the message that gets sent, and your QR code for adding someone standing right next to you.

People you may know sit in the stories row — add someone with a single tap. And waving a suggestion away no longer hides them for good.

A redesigned Log screen on Apple Watch: your ring and your drinks side by side. Tap to log, or slide to change the amount.
Statistics on the watch now shows today broken down by drink, plus your last seven days.
On iPhone, one control replaces the slider and the Add button — tap it to log, slide it or use − / + to set the amount.
A new SipStep Plus screen, and your drinks are now visible from the Log screen.

React to what your friends drink — tap any entry in their activity to send a heart, a flex or a party. When it isn't water, send a nudge instead.
Recent activity is now grouped by day, so a friend's week reads at a glance.
You can now report an account or a story if something isn't right.

Drops are here. Reach your water goal, reach your step goal, keep a seven-day streak or win a challenge, and you earn Drops — then spend them in the shop on how your ring looks, how a pour lands, and what sits behind your profile. You can send some to a friend, too.

Three new games came with them, all free: Pour (38 puzzles), Flow (24 pipe mazes) and Rapids (20 river runs that get harder as you go). Race up to six friends down the same river in real time — whoever gets down first takes the Drops.

Friends' profiles now open instantly.

Water you can see.

• The ring now holds real water — it pours in when you log a drink, runs out when you undo one, and moves as you move your phone.
• No account needed. Start tracking straight away; a short setup asks what matters to you and sets a healthy daily goal.
• Apple Watch: a new Statistics screen with today's ring and exactly what you drank, and your week one tap away.
• Save your activity card straight to Photos — and it now looks right with any photo, square or landscape.
• Stories: videos upload reliably, and you can hold a story to pause it.
• A tidier Log screen and a batch of smaller fixes.
