My son no longer uses it and I can’t figure out how to cancel. The app is not fully supported anymore and it’s not showing up in the apple account I used to set it up for me to cancel that way, meanwhile I was just charged for a service my son hasn’t used in over a year for another entire year because I can’t figure out the cancellation. I would really appreciate my $99 refunded if possible. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Good app *2025-07-17* The app is great and I love it but the ball lasts for less then a year and when you buy it there’s nothing that says you can’t fix it ### 4/5 — Great overall but a few bugs in the data *2024-07-25* Tracking misses and makes is very accurate and shooting around with this app is a lot of fun. Unfortunately some of the stats are wrong, for example my all time lists shooting consistency as 10.0 but I’ve never hit that in a single session. Definitions of the metrics would help as would breakdown by situation (when does consistency collapse?). Lastly I’ve seen a heat map option in the product description but can’t find it in the app. ### 2/5 — 2 Issues *2024-04-23* I bought this ball for my son and it physically works great. Sure it is not 100% accurate for makes and misses but pretty darn close. It has really improved his shooting as he can see how he is doing and it makes him lock in and challenge himself. I then bought a ball for myself to compete against him and I cannot register as I am stuck in a loop of error messages that SIQ is unable to fix. 2 weeks into this and still not able to even log into the app. I continue to get the email with the two boys sitting on the bench and Let’s Play written across. I follow that link and boom, back into the endless loop. Second issue is my sone iPad died so I set up and older phone to put this app on. Wrong, endless loop for moving to another device as well. Seriously the product is great when it works but these two issues deserve a 2 star rating. I had this ball for practically six months now it was working now it’s not. We need a better update, I had high hopes playing this basketball to improve but for the amount of money I spent and for it to stop working, that’s ridiculous. Please help. ### 2/5 — I don’t recommend *2023-07-28* My brother bought me this ball for Christmas and I was stoked!!!! It had many issues at the beginning, but it was still pretty fun. Unfortunately, ever since I’ve gotten past 3,000 shots the app has turned into a piece of trash. It randomly disconnects in the middle of sessions and doesn’t recalibrate. Then, when I’m left no choice and have to close out of the app, it deletes my session from all of my stats. Wipes it clean. Doesn’t exist. FAIRY DUST!!! I’ve played 3 times in the last 4 days and it has been nothing but glitches and malfunctions. I’ve taken around 600 recorded shots and made about 250 recorded shots (I’m not Steph Curry, sue me) and every single one has been erased. My all-time stats haven’t changed at all in both the attempts and shots made categories. And my sessions are nowhere to be found. I’m very disappointed, and you folks should give my brother a refund. Fin. ### 2/5 — Great in theory *2023-05-30* I wanted to love this app and the ball...but after 1,000+ shots the ball is misshapen and has a noticeable off tilt spin. The app is good but hangs and then goes haywire after 10-20 seconds before catching up. I haven't had a full session without a freeze and premature ending of a session resulting in many sessions shows 0 secs. I used it for a week before frustration led me to just have the ball just sit there and the app go unopened which is an expensive thing to ignore. ### 4/5 — GOOD but … *2022-12-28* Having issues with finding things in the app (is heat map still supported?), the first challenge registering (makes and misses?) and a basic explanation of the data presentations (dials - increasing clockwise, decreasing, should release angle always be the same for each shot …), are just a few. Would highly recommend a glossary section in the app and even some basic instruction on using the data. The website seems to use the same video for several sections of FAQs and none of this is really covered (except Heat Map which can’t be found and seems to be one of the most useful things if it still exists). I was able to connect after about 5 minutes the first time, my next session it took 10, and now it doesn’t connect. Spinning didn’t work and had Bluetooth on. There are no ways to trouble shoot if the ball isn’t connecting. You can’t cancel it on their website. Try to cancel it through the app and it takes you to your apple subscriptions and it’s not even listed there to cancel.
