Siriraj Connect is an application to present the good experience in services to customers of Siriraj Hospital. The General information and public relations information are provided by this application. The customers can access the appointment information; queue system alerts customers of upcoming appointments and customer privilege self-service. Siriraj Connect can be sent a customer Pre-authorization document by mobile devices. Siriraj Connect is enhanced comfort and reveals the potential of digital hospital. The customers were satisfied with the service of the Siriraj Hospital.

แอป logout เองบ่อยมาก ใช้งานดูคิวรอพบแพทย์อยู่ก็หลุดออกเอง ต้องมา log in ใหม่ตลอดๆ ไม่สะดวกเลย ควรทำให้ session หนึ่งอยู่ได้อย่างน้อย 1 วัน ไม่ใช่ว่าหาหมอครั้งหนึ่งต้องมา log in 3-4 รอบ

แต่เวลากดใส่รหัสจะมีข้อความขึ้น ภาษาอังกฤษ
Device token is required ไปเสิร์ชดูเหมือนว่าต้องการข้อมูลมือถืออะไรสักอย่าง เลยลบแอปโหลดใผม่ แล้วกดเปิดให้เข้าถึงตำแหน่งระหว่างใช้งานแอป กับอนุญาตแจ้งเตือน พอล็อคอินใหม่ก็เข้าได้

แอปมีการเชื่อมโยงค่าบริการเจาะเลือดกับแอปเป๋าตัง เรากดจ่ายตั้งแต่ก่อนรับใบเจาะเลือดคืน แต่คิวในห้องเจาะก็ยังรันตามเลขคิวอยู่ดี ไม่ได้ทำให้เร็วขึ้น แค่สะดวกขึ้นอย่างเดียว อยากให้พัฒนาต่อ โดยให้คิวที่จ่ายเงินผ่านแอปนำมาลำดับกับคิวชำระสด จะได้ทำให้ลดภาระเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ เพราะคนจะใช้แอปกันมากขึ้น ใครจ่ายก่อนได้เจาะก่อน แบบนี้ค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
