## What is SIRRA?

SIRRA can assists in the reduction of post-traumatic stress (PTS) symptoms. This application provides on-site intervention during the onset of symptoms. SIRRA meets you in your current state of being anytime and anyplace. It will engage with you both gradually and systematically to help reduce your symptoms. 

SIRRA will guide you through specific activities which are meant to reduce your levels of acute anxiety, fight or flight responses, and other dissociative states. SIRRAs goal is to help you progress to more thoughtful and calmer state of being.
