هذا التطبيق ساعدني على إيقاف عادات سيئه كثير و سهلها لي من ناحية اضافة المواقع فقط اضغط زر و تنضاف لي، في إعدادات ابل لازم أحط رمز و أضيف كل مرره لاكن هذا لا.
